Creating a Community Inside and Outside of a Course

To create any community you must begin engaging. Engagement is what really helps evolve a course and helps people connect information. If you are distant from everyone, then how are they going to connect to the information emotionally and relationally? Will your information have the emotional impact and draw that it needs to connect to them?
